Are the members of The Legends Group licensed, bonded and insured?
All Legends Group members have been licensed in their respective trades for several years and have insurance and bonds in place. Certificates of insurance are available upon request. The Legends Group is also a member of the Building Industry Association and The Desert Contractors Association,  which monitor contractor ethics and performance. Top

I have a small project or only need one item; can The Legends Group help me?

Absolutely – no job is too small. Members of The Legends Group can help with almost any size project in their area of specialty. You will be informed immediately if a member cannot assist you with your specific project or product, and we will do our best to refer you to a qualified professional.Top

Do I need permits and a general contractor?
There are many occasions where neither a general contractor nor a permit is required. Sub-contractors (such as the members of The Legends Group) can often save you unnecessary expenses for project administration, and The Legends Group is an ideal, reliable source for many such projects. We will always recommend two or more general contractors when, in our opinion, one is required. Top

Will members of The Legends Group come to my home or office?
Legends Group members will conveniently meet at your project site for a detailed assessment and to provide an informed estimate. Some Legends Group members also have items on display at The Legends Group Showroom in La Quinta, California. We encourage you to visit and view the Showroom and model home. Does The Legends Group consist of only craftsmen and artisans?
The Legends Group also includes several members who will provide products available through the Internet or mail. Lighting, shutters and patio furniture are a few examples of members who can provide products which can be shipped outside the Coachella Valley.Top

Why shouldn’t I simply use a sub-contractor listed in the Yellow Pages or recommended by my neighbor?
When you are seeking a licensed sub-contractor, your objective is to find a provider with a reputation for excellence, superb references, long-term experience, and the ability to fulfill your project needs.
